From wheelchair to road bike

Almost every disease is curable. A dogma. My grown conviction, gained in 47 years of daily work. Has become certainty. Background: We are actually determined by our genes. Every single body function. Even our thinking. And genes are – here it comes – epigenetically controllable. At least almost all of them. We have the effect of the genes (not the genes themselves) in our own hands.

More precisely: Today 2019 we know: Man has about 20,000 genes, of which about 17,000 can now be switched off in a targeted manner. Says science. In the laboratory. We freewheeling people, i.e. joggers, probably have the remaining 3,000 genes under control.

Therefore, multiple sclerosis may also be curable. As an example of a terrible disease.

Using multiple sclerosis as an example, here is the prescription again. The GENERALLY VALID RECIPE TO CURE DISEASES is unfortunately, unfortunately very simple. Exactly therefore ingenious. Is increasingly recognized by people when they are in need. Then, when the illness is there.

Here is a striking example, briefly told:

Dr. Terry Wahls, internist at the University of Iowa. In a wheelchair at 52. Multiple Sclerosis. Has certainly exhausted all medical possibilities. Here once again very loudly for all those who can still hear: Medical possibilities means the pharmaceutical industry. Has thus Cortison taken, Interferon injected, immune therapy tried etc.. Result: wheelchair.

Therefore I call this medicine the resignation medicine.

Now the doctor in the wheelchair has done something quite extraordinary: she has read literature, a lot of literature about biochemistry, physiology, molecular medicine. Has studied again. So she did not do that before, when she „only“ treated her patients. In any case, she came to the surprising conclusion that „DEFECTS IN THE MITOCHONDRIES, the power plants in the cells“…were partly responsible for her illness.

A deep insight. Well, what else? „Take care of your mitochondria!“ I told them. Over and over again. Whoever insults his mitochondria forces the cell to become a cancer cell, to become sick. We understood that long ago. And how do you take care of your mitochondria? Through genetically correct nutrition. Through genetically correct living. Through 47 essential substances. You know these sentences. In any case, the doctor in the wheelchair would have started a diet – you can hear and be amazed. Namely „fruit, vegetables and protein-containing food“.

So the other way round: Absolutely no empty carbohydrates. Instead protein and vitamins. At the same time she would have started a muscle training (one of your worst mistakes: to think that muscles are just there. Just like that…they atrophy. And you with them)…so she started a muscle training that „is normally used for stroke patients“. Typical press. To dramatize the whole thing.
Conclusion: An internist at the university, forced into a wheelchair by multiple sclerosis, stops the silly, ineffective threatening medicine. So the pharmaceutical medicine. And begins the „Frohmedizin“. So correct nutrition and physical training. Called cheerful lifestyle.

Result: After 3 months she could walk again, 7 months later cycling (quote).

The term „joyful medicine“ is epigenetics. I did not know that 30 years ago (keyword: Forever young, keyword: exercise, nutrition, thinking). Makes us understand why it works so overwhelmingly, the genetically correct life. Proved on a lady in a wheelchair. Who now rides a bike again.

More forceful one cannot show that the threatening medicine, the university medicine, the resignation medicine has only a very, very small value if it concerns the vow of the physician:

„…to maintain and restore health“.

Thick. Just Thick

Thick, Just THICK.

Cause of death number one on this globe. Since 2001 according to WHO. Inside I shake my head every time: So not starvation? Actually no: more people choke on gluttony, to put it metaphorically. A new study that proves this point appears almost daily. Which should cause fear. ...

An impressive share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a friend who had been conducting a little research on this. And he actually ordered me lunch simply because I discovered it for him… lol. So let me reword this…. Thanks for the meal!! But yeah, thanx for spending the time to discuss this topic here on your site.
